Hi, I purchased this theme yesterday, overall I am very happy, but I am having a problem with the featured content on the homepage. Two things: 1) on the right side of the picture, I only have 1 “dot” not three like the more area, and 2) how can I make these pics “slide” after every 5 seconds or so?
Thanks,
John
Hi John, Thanks for buying the theme.
The dots co-relate to the amount of images in a post and to the amount of posts in the category being featured on the home page.
So, if Category A has 4 posts the 4 “dots” will show. If each post has 2 images each then 2 “dots” will show below the description area.
To make them autoslide would require some JavaScript customization, which I can provide for a charge, or you can read more about it at Flowplayer Tools.
If you have any further questions please ask them via the product page on ThemeForest.
What’s Up! Just wanted to chime in. I thoroughly enjoyed this article. Keep up the phenomonal work.
Hi,
Am using InVogue, but having difficulties with the multiple level dropdowns. I have Categories as navigation but only can get one sublevel to show. How can I get trees of three or four levels for the nav? Thanks
Alternatively, if I use the pages, how can I rearrange the order they are shown in the Nav?
figured it out with pages, though still wondering about the categories. love the theme btw.
The categories are ordered by ID, if you want to change the order you will have to edit the code. More information here.
I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)
